If the number is over 5" - you should select adult. If it's below 5" you can fit both sizes but prefer big kid size. People have different face shapes, we want to make sure they fit since this is non-returnable item due to sanitary reasons. | EARS AND NOSE are adjustable: The nylon elastic threads through the beads of the mask so you can move the toggle around to your comfort your ears.
