All products come with respective original manufacturer's warranty are serviceable at the corresponding brand's Authorized Service Center(s) in India, unless specified otherwise.

Q. What should I do if the item becomes defective?

All our items go through stringent quality checks and are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. However, if you still receive a damaged or a defective product, we are extremely sorry. Please contact our Customer Support Executive within 1 day of the delivery and we will resolve the complaint in your favor.

Q. What if brands refuse to honor warranty?

Please contact the brands before making the purchse to check if they will honor the warranty outside their home country or purchases made from vendors not listed with them.
