Please read before ordering Recently we have received complaints about purple oxygen indicators being found in their packages. After a thorough investigation, we found that some of the indicators react not only to oxygen but also to other environmental elements such as light, temperature and moisture. It causes a misunderstanding that the oxygen absorbers are defective. However, in most cases the packaging is intact and remains airtight, ensuring the oxygen absorbers work normally regardless the color of ind indicator. The color spectrum of indicators from pink to light purple shows a proper functional indicator. However defective indicators turn to purple or blue in the dark and turn to red or pink in the sun. Please do not use these indicators as a measure of presence of oxygen inside packages. Unfortunately, we have not found the exact cause of this problem yet. Until we find a solution to this problem, rest assured that we are screening out each package individually to ensure you do not receive a defective oxygen absorbers. If by chance you still receive a package with a bad indicator (usually blue or dark purple in color), please contact us for replacement or refund.
