Troubleshooting
1.INDICATOR:Make sure LED indicators of transmitter and receiver are normal according to user manual.
2.DEVICES:Make sure picture can be shown normally when connecting source to display devices directly.
3.CABLE:Try to plug in and out HDMI/ CatX cable or change another HDMI/ CatX cable.
3-1 Cat 5e/ 6/ 6a/7 cable is recommended, do not use Cat5 cable.
3-2 Make sure CATx cables is less than 230ft for 1080p, 130ft for 4K resolution.
3-3 Make sure the two connectors of one CATx cable are same standard (EIA/TIA 568B).
4.COMPATIBILITY:Please test other source and display devices to determine whether it is a compatibility issue.
5.IR Cable:When control DVD at TV side by DVD remote controller.
5-1 Plug IR emitter to extender transmitter IR out; Stick IR emitter connector at DVD IR window center
5-2 Plug IR receiver to extender receiver IR in; Stick IR receiver connector near TV and DVD remote controller.
